there seems to be a problem with the add to clan feature.....im always getting errors when going to the chieftans and clicking on the names at the bottom in the list also in that same venue when clicking on some names and trying to send requests their names come up and a message states that that invite couldnt be sent are these people frozen is there issues with their accounts if so how do i remove them from the list so i dont keep clicking their names.....are the request being sent out or is there an error in the system??? Also i have encountered errors when having to put in the security garbage when trying to recruit chieftans....is there an issue there???? Have done them in caps no caps and error after error..... Also getting error messages when sending gifts...i know or think i know they are being sent but not sure......
Can you take some screen shots of the errors you are encountering along with the user_ids of yourself and the players you are trying to interact with to Support. With these details we can investigate your account to find out what is going on. Cheers
I will assume you are on Windows. If so when the error comes up hold Alt and press your Print Screen key. This will take a snapshot of your active window and save it to your clipboard. Now open any graphic editing software (MsPaint will work) and Paste the contents of you clipboard. Save this file and attach it along with your support request.
