As many of you experienced, we had a brief bit of downtime last night and another bout this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate everyone's patience while we sorted the issue out. Long story short, we have been doing quite a few upgrades to our back-end systems recently, which has unfortunately resulted in some stability issues like those experienced recently. We are aware of the issues, and our developers are hard at work ensuring that similar issues don't pop up again. On a more positive note, once we get these issues under control, the upgrades will improve with both performance and stability which is great for everyone involved. Thanks again for your patience!
what u all need to do is inbox us all or put in the main feed on the kano app games to let us know ahead of time..bc of last nite when u did that stuff u got me killed bc of it...
@Justin Although brief, the downtime wasn't planned, which means there would have been no way to warn players ahead of time, although we apologize for any inconvenience. Also, please do not post accusations or player names in the forums, as per our Code of Conduct.
