Mob Wars: La Cosa Nostra is a fighting game, so you can expect to be doing a lot of it! Even though fighting is the lifeblood of the game, there are a lot of rules and restrictions that prevent a lower level player such as yourself from being beat on, although there are a few caveats.

You can only normally attack up and down 10% of your level range, unless you make an aggressive action on a higher-level player such as attacking them on the Hitlist, fighting them or punching them. This places you on their Rivals list for 24 hours or until they kill you, whichever comes first.

If you're in a War Mode Syndicate, this can also open you up to retribution from higher levels if you hit them. Basically, unless you go out of your way to hit a higher level then they should leave you alone. If you're placed on the Hitlist by someone inside your level range, you're fair game as well.

If a higher level is attacking you incessantly, you can always look into Protection: http://support.kanoapps.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/91/3/lcn---protection

I am trying to catch up on hitlisting... since some group who are around 9K and i am around 1.5k .. to me that seems to be a way to big of a range to go and pick on someone. I thought someone said 30%.. so 30% of 9k would be ~2700 so they should only be able to hit someone 2700 below their level?? right... so they should roughly only be able to hitlist someone 6K or higher... I just dont under stand why there is such a difference in what is stated and what is happening...even a 7+K guy is hittisting me.. and he should be only able to hitlist someone at 5K... just dont get it.. broken mechanics in the game...?

Old Salt said it right....!! ONLY way for a lower level to get hit by someone who is much higher level is .....1..they hit them on the hit list/bounty...2..they slapped the higher level...3...attacked the higher level....4...listed the higher level....but..remember this is a battle game....if they didnt slap , attack or bounty the higher ....they hit the higher level on a bounty...my suggestion is stop whining and pay attention to your game play...!!..:cool:
