another guy and i had a running battle, for like-1/2 an hour- beating each other SOUNDLY! I picked up HUGE XPs (dont know about him). This seemed odd because I'm set up with the best full A/D complements of mateys and ships except for the super-pricey items. ( like--200 ships each of 80/80 for offense, and 70/85 for defense). the only thing I can figure: he has huge personal Attack values, and lower Defense (the things you need for cage battles), and I'm more balanced- and lower in this area. I;d be interested to hear any other explanations.
and he doesnt have those items as well? was he level 660 or higher(since at that level you get a ship thats 85/70) possible he has massive attack.alot of players seem to go all attack and only moderate defense.
we're both loaded with Pirate Galleys (70/85) and deadeye galleons (70/85)- we apparently hung out in those adventures waiting for the next stages to unlock., although he uses some DEGs on defense ( I don't). We were similar size and level (190+, 490+). since we dont get to see OUR own defense detail, it's a guess;from the detail, he simply cant be beating me on Attack unless it comes from Personal strength and special items.
deadeye is 80/80 but you knew that. you have to remember what your attacking with isnt what your defending with if you wanna know what your defending with,get one of your clan to hit you and have them copy paste in the Instant messenger.thats how i find out.
