[Other] Basic tutorial

Posted as "other" since this is for all games.
For VC,PC and LCN,there should be some type of tutorial that at some point shows how far stam(50),energy(500)and health(5000),will refill upon leveling.
For ZS I know the values aren't the same.If anyone has the values for ZS please post them.

Level +755 => 3000 Max Energy Refill
