Just saw this shiny new button and pushed it to see my bank open up, but unfortunataly the only way I can then close it is to hit refresh as I can't see the close box on FB as it's obscured by the panel on the right of the screen I'll just access the bank the way I did before from the main game toolbar.
I'll agree it's set up in a confusing way, but if you click anywhere on the game behind the pop-up it will close the Bank screen.
