I am unable to attack anyone in the bounty list or other players. I keep getting a "Selected opponent is already in a battle." I can hit bosses only
Each player can only be attacked by 1 other player at any given moment. If you try attacking the person right after you get the message, you may get a hit in. I have gotten that message multiple times, I'm sure it implemented to limit server load.
