was the price of an ambush changed?! I know it was based on the hitlst cost of the person attacking you adjusted by the number of attacks they have against you compared to what you have against them I dont know the exact equation. I know that a person with a 7 billion hitlist cost attacked me 1 time and I have 1 against them and it is costing 4 billion to set an ambush..while a booby trap is only 2 billion...that seems off. I could have sworn that a couple days ago I was only paying 200 million in a situation like this, I don't remember it ever costing that much and its ridiculous. I dont remember ambushes costing double what a booby trap costs. its now impossible to defend against players much higher level than you are. *edt* the 7 billion hitlist cost s for a second bounty..so I dont know what the base hitlist cost on this guy is all I now is I know have 5 attacks against them and they have 2 on me and its 4.7 billion to set an ambush on them
Nothing has changed with regards to ambush prices. The are still as follows: You cannot set an ambush on someone who hasn't previously attacked you within the last 24 hours. This only applies to when you are attacked through a fight. Punches and hits are not counted. Ambush pricing is based off of cashflow (income-upkeep) and strength between two players. If the player placing the ambush is a greater level, the cost is based more on the greater of the two cashflows ( between the 2 players ) Discounts are given if your opponent has attacked more and price is increased if you have attacked more. Again, this only applies to when you are attacked through a fight. Punches and hits are not counted. Attack counts between players are reset if there is 24 hours of inactivity (no attacks). Note that ambushes already set are never reset or removed. Price is also increased if multiple ambushes are set on the same person. Ambush allocations start at 100, every 15 levels you advance that allocation drops by 1 to a minimum of 75. Base ambush costs are capped at your opponent's hitlist price (before discounts/increases). Successful ambushes count as an attack against your opponent.

I'm thankful. I'm also grateful the leaderboard thumbnail pictures are so small, so i can't actually make out what you look like... Close call. Another thing that i would be / will be / am grateful for would of course be you, increasing my bounty at every opportunity. Reaching 300 and being available to be hitlisted by anyone will be a blessing. Anyone and everyone increasing my bounty, without me having to even purchase any more properties. And when i do... Well. Yeah. You really think a death bothers me? You were killed by Some Other Sucker and lost -616 XP. That is nothing! And every time it happens, i can just switch to either ZS/VC/PC/LCN on FB and level up in at least one of those games with my available stamergy. By the time i get round those four i can go back to Hi5 and replace the lost XP, SO DAMN EASILY, with the regenerated stamergy from being away from the game for some time. That is the trick to these games, always have something else you could be doing while you wait for regeneration. Others may have a job, a wife, dirty dishes... Who knows what else we could be doing. I don't care, i just play other games I can't even remember the last time i played a game that wasn't Kano from my computer. Obviously XBOX doesn't count, Trials HD / Black ops can be played while waiting on that regen
But punches DO count and hitlist/ hitlist attacks DO COUNT. They dont add on to the counter, but they Keep the attack counter up... This needs to change, because it means I cant punch somone back after they punched me offline hours ago or Im going to get AMBUSHED even tho they have attacked me just as much as i have attacked them. This loophole ever going to get closed?
ya's are sayg that ambush prices havent changed but I never had to pay bllions to ambush people before.. the ambush prices are higher than the hitlist cost sometimes. doesnt anyone know the formula?
