Does anybody know why you sometimes get a gift return box and sometimes you do not when doing your Adventure Helps in Viking Clan? I cannot work out why it happens. Is it to do with me or the other person or some kind of points setting or what? Anybody know?
I can't say for sure, but I would be willing to bet that it has something to do with whether or not you have already sent a gift to that player within the past day... to be honest, I haven't paid much attention to it, because I play LCN, Vikings, and Pirates, and I have 300 gifts to send every day, lol...
I've wondered same thing, what I came up with is they haven't asked for a gift or updated gift in 'X' amount of days.
that happens when youve already gifted that person within the last few hours OR if youve gifted them and they havent accepted it yet...in both situations its impossible to send another
I know that if I have already sent someone a gift within the game day I cannot send them a second gift, so that is not a problem. What baffles me is when I log in to the gifting section, and I have not sent any since at least the previous game day, I get different responses. Sometimes I can just click on the gift and receive it - end of. With others of my clan I click to receive but a box pops up to send them a gift in return. This is a separate box which involves moving the mouse to send a gift and clear the screen. If I was selfish I could just ignore it and not send a gift but can still receive from that person. I am not talking about the response because I have already sent a gift that day. I am talking about me not having sent that person anything and yet I get a box but with someone else that I also have not sent anything to I get a 'Gift' box. I can't seem to work out the difference but there must be a reason. There is no point in having something like that as a totally random thing - unless of course the devs are just trying to screw us up a bit???
@Brosnik I think that this was covered in previous posts by both Demonik and myself... I would suggest that the next time that you don't see the gift box when you click on an adventure help for someone, check your sent gift page and I would be willing to bet that you have already sent that player a gift within the past 24 hours... I believe that the gift counter is reset on Kano's end at 4 pm EST, but your 24 hour window to send gifts may be different... you can actually send the same player 2 gifts each day, one before the Kano reset and one after... if you still feel that there's something wrong, take a screenshot and send it to Kano Support so that they can look into it for you
