Well picture you can copy anyone's picture but having the same name's in games you usually have to have a slight difference in spelling in order for the game to except it.

You're exactly right Break, that account was Aardvark, our new support person. She was testing something in game a few days ago and forgot about it. We formally apologize for the confusion. You'll be pleased to know that she has been reported to Support, and has had her ill-gotten gains removed. I've also given her a disapproving head-shake, which I'm sure has caused her substantial anguish.
Id just like to mention, That it is impossible to mimic an offical kano group, because the real deal has thier own picture unavailable to any other group.

Hey guys. I realize I'm kind of late to this party, but sorry about the leaderboard thing. It was totally an accident and I didn't realize my character was even up there until I started getting cranky support messages. In reference to Kano employees using the apps like normal players, I won't speak for anyone else but I feel the fun is somewhat diminished when a)you can see a lot of the information that is normally hidden from players to create challenge and excitement and b) working with the game is your full-time job. After a day in the office I don't usually want to go home and play social media games. It is also definitely not in Kano's interest to displace loyal players who have worked hard to climb the ranks, so sorry again!
