account gone..

  1. went to log back in to VC. Said my email was not in the system. Finally got in and now it started me over from level 1 WTF!!!!!

    This happened to someone in my armada..it took a full day but it was straightened out

    All depends on when you send the request in, I would send it Now since tomorrow is Friday and they are closed on the weekends. Mentioning it here will not get you the help you need, support needs your link and a Real Name , in order to get things moving .

  6. I'm fully aware of how the process works and have sent a ticket to support. But, if I feel the need to post something in here as well to perhaps "vent" a little and to also find out if this has happened to others as well. I can & will.

    Venting is totally valid, I would also be pretty frustrated in your situation! :)

    Sorry that this happened to you, but Support will get it straightened out as soon as they can!

    Seems you guys still got your wires crossed on this.


    Knocked one of my members from 5k to a level 1.

    Straightened it out but it costed us points and it never should of happened.



    Theres still some that wont log out cause they wont be able to get back in.

    Some opened another browser and could not log in.


    They get logged out I bet theyll drop to a level 1.

    You're playing on Kano Play, I assume? The devs are still working out some bugs on that service. Sorry for any inconvenience, but if any of your members get de-leveled or logged out accidentally, have them send a ticket to Support with as much detail as they can get. Support will get them back in and pass the info along to the developers so they can work on getting it fixed up.

    ...HELP!!!...cleared my browser trying to get avatar working and when I went to log back in on Kano-play it put me back at level 1...come on I was doing what Mi7ch said to do...help...

    Sorry about that! Clearing your browser history definitely shouldn't have caused that to happen. Please submit a ticket through Support and they'll get you straightened out!

    ....HELP!!!!...tried to log in to support and it keeps saying wrong email or password...I have it right...cleared my browser and when logging back in to PC on kano-play it put me back at level1....come on doing what Mi7ch said to try...

    Please try re-setting your password on Support and see if you can get in that way.
