Crisom, the answer to all your questions about the forums are in our Forum Code of Conduct and our Moderator Policies. If, after reading these, you still have questions about the forums, feel free to send a message through Support.

  4. My opinion on THIS TOPIC is that its a faulty moderator system. in my opinion it is impossible for moderators who are also players and forum community members to be completely unbiased which is clearly shown on a daily basis. Furthermore The "code of conduct" and "moderator policies" are vague at best which can only lead to confusion and abuse. I also believe that there is simply to much here in the forums for moderators who are part timers and not actual employees dedicated to the forums to handle. which in the end seems to only breed resentment as certain posts are deleted , edited or closed , while similar threads and posts are not. whether its bias or not it certainly appears that way and in my opinion will never get better until rectified. A perfect example of this is a moderator who recently violated about every rule in the book yet still remains a moderator. He was banned as a a community member from posting for two weeks but even then was allowed to post again. Confusing and hypocritical to say the least, until Kano gets their own house in order I cant imagine that community members will have much respect for it rules or those that are supposed to enforce them.

JJ, I appreciate that you weren't happy about the situation, but constantly bringing it up doesn't help anyone. And for the record, Jon wasn't allowed to post after he was banned, and saying so is inaccurate. I announced the resolution of the issue, and he posted his apology in that thread as that's where I asked him to. Once he had apologized for the situation, I went through with the bans.
