500 attack achievement glitched

I got my attack to 500 but it crashed instead of showing the achievement. It counted me as getting it but didnt save my attack or give me the 15 skill points. So I had to put my attack back to 500 again and I didnt get the 15 skill points for getting 500 attack

 

Ive experienced this bug too but mine is 10k health achievement. After I sent a msg to them, I've only getting 10 skill points

 

I havent even heard back from them. Im not sure how to contact them directly lol
