A quick note about refunds and chargebacks: as you are probably aware it is possible for payments made to the game to be withdrawn, either by contacting your bank to cancel a charge or in some cases by going through the payment system and requesting a refund. If there is an issue we would like to know about it, and are not unreasonable making things right if there has been a mistake or error along the way. However if payment for an order which was successfully completed is withdrawn, we then have to find ways to deduct those points from the game, which is a huge pain in the butt for everyone involved.
