This week's super fun and interesting Support fact is about those mysterious and elusive creatures oft known as Kano employee accounts. As a person who loves to play games, I can attest to that working in for a company that makes them is pretty rad. However there is a downside: making a game your job means that you never really get to enjoy it the way your audience does. Many of the mechanics that make the game fun to play don't apply to you because you know how they work and are testing them all the time to make sure they ARE working. Some players feel like we don't play and can't understand what is going on from their perspective. The truth is that most of us are online regularly doing relatively boring things to evaluate performance or check for issues, and not focusing on leveling or competing against other players. Ultimately we can't experience the features and content we create the say we you do or explore them as deeply; this is is one of many reasons why feedback and engagement with you guys is so crucial. If you do happen to run across a Kano/Apps staff account, you are certainly welcome to beat the stuffing out of it as you see fit, these are fighting games after all. We are pretty busy most the time though and probably won't respond. Some of them are also a bit Frankenstein's Monsterish from being messed with over and over again (apparently my level 60 character if Facebook Zombie slayer was showing up on level 2000+ fight lists last week) if you notice anything odd like this, just let us know and we'll make sure we fix them up so they don't throw people for a loop. so the new location is a revisit to frisco? and the new bosses are exactly the same as the old bosses?

so, Ill try to be a little less smartass and a little more direct. Mitch, I think you copy and pasted the wrong picture for the announcement of the new area. Those pictures are for Sanfransisco. that was released over a year ago bud.
Those are the images I was given for the location. I didn't work here when San Francisco came out, so there's little chance I would have the old ones lying around. Perhaps these are more advanced versions of the zombies you faced last time? They're crafty like that.
When Was the last time a location was released? Was it may? or was it June? Either way, That is a Long time to wait for a new location. I was accepting when kano edited bosses from other games and released them in ZS as a way to crank out a new location every month for like 4-5 months straight. But seriously, this stoops below even my lowest of expectations. I just hope you're wrong and somebody, somewhere along the way made a mistake in this picture being displayed.
I went snooping around the backlog, and well. Im afraid that image was in fact NOT used to release sanfran back in February 2012. I also figured out that vinece was released on june 4th 2013. So its true. After 5 months from the last release of a location. Kano is offering its players Recycled content. Smh. What happend to all the awesome KOT devs that can put out an entire new game in 6 months?
I agree that it has been a while since the last location for Zombie Slayer. We're working on a couple right now. The artists and developers are hard at work for the post-Frisco location, which is brand new.
I hope Kano could introduce more locations as there are some people that their level are almost to 4k here on KP with a based hitlist same as level 2800++? What a shame. Last but not least, please fix your ambushes system, at least the based price. I know you changed the system so it works well to counter high levels against low levels. What else are you thinking of changing just to satisfy all those low level needs?? After all, its US, your high level players that really play your game but yet you keep backstabbing us, repeatedly.
