Morning everyone, So, when I posted last night about the chat being released to Pirate Clan on Facebook, that was supposed to be the extent of it. The developers definitely did not intend to release the chat to all of the games on Facebook, so I apologize for any confusion around that. As Kendall has stated on many threads, it's the intention of the developers to look into how the chat was released to all of the games and improve process around that. When the chat was pushed out to Viking Clan, Mob Wars: LCN and Zombie Slayer it lacked some critical functionality. The developers will be working on that today and taking the feedback from the other threads into account. The other change that went out yesterday is that we added a game-specific background to each game to use the white space to add a bit more branding. Based on our data a lot of our players play at resolutions that can support these new backgrounds. Of course, we're open to feedback on this as well. How do you feel about the new backgrounds?
I have no interest in using more of my computer's resources than I have to, so how about getting rid of the background- it doesn't help the game in any way does it? IMO we don't need fluff . Since it was added I get more 'reload page' messages and have had several flash player crashes.

It blows, and I want my speakers back when I was trying to get it to go ways. WE ALL WASTED OUR SPEAKERS TELLING KANO WHY, SO HERE IT IS AGAIN, IT BLOCKS AND HINDERS IN OUR ALREADY ESTABLISHED GUILD CHATS. PLEASE REFER TO THE CR@PPY CHAT FOR ALL THE RESPONSES SAYING SO.
Get rid of the background. And restore it the way it was. Once again you are tweaking things that needs no tweaking. Because of this latest non greatest installement again you are once again moving the screen into a smaller portion making it harder to do things. Chat dock thing was a great idea i do like how its smaller right there on the left corner so good job on that. But the screen size needs to be restored.
What branding did we get? In Pirate Clan there's a little bit of very dark junk at the top and the rest is solid black. I have vision problems and I need all the brightness I can get. All that blackness ruins the picture for me.
How do you close this chat window, it's stuck in the middle of my screen and won't go away so I can't play the game?
@PaganWench It's supposed to be artwork related to the game. The developers are working on putting in an option to toggle between the artwork and the traditional white screen, and they hope to implement that today. Stay tuned! @Steven The developers are trying to nail this one down. When the chat is popped out, do you see the buttons that I've highlighted below in red?

in your picture that you uplaoded in your last post what is up with that guys profile it shows how many FP the guy has instead of hoard and income also i dont think that is an avalable charatcer you have, so im guessing that is a developer right. also i like the artwork that is in the background of the game now, cus it isnt straining my eyes anymore for when i get on in the early morning right after iwake up, and also better for at night screen isnt as bright, i like thank you kano
for where the chat is there you can only resize virticly not horizntaly. the part that allows you to resize it is the grey bar underneath the send button so basicly just like you would when resizing a web browser window(on pc not sure about how it is on mac and linux never useed those opperating systems much) and if you are wanting to move the box wherever you want then click the button that looks like a box with a arrow pointing to the tp right corner of the box. once you click that you go to the same spot and you can then move it wherever you want but cannot make it any size you want sadly.
@Robert Belrose one of the developers behind the chat has attempted to push out a fix for that issue. Please let us know if it works, and if it doesn't, it would be handy to know if you're using a Mac or PC and what browser you're on. Thanks!
