shouldn't the crossbombs from prague and the shoes from berlin and the swords from madrid be upgradable to elites & optimals at this point? most of the time, those were ready 2 cities later. People are losing interest in the game remember, we need to come up with new stuff to keep them interested. Many new achievements are needed, as well as new cities every 2-3 months.
