    i am unable to login to the new site . it says i'm using the wrong user or password . i sent in a ticket as there is no "forgot password" link on the page . though i can't believe i forgot the password already , lol . possible but doubtful .

    I had several folks in my Mob Wars LCN syndicate not update their information or register with a new password. Are they SOL as far as getting into the new portal? What should I tell those folks they can do if I can even contact them?

    Kano Play Beta (MySpace Server) Live'ish
    We have just released Kano Play (MySpace Server) with email / password login.

    You can access all games here: http://www.kanoplay.com/myspace/

    Remember we pushed hard to get this out in 24-hrs since MySpace pulled our games off so it may still be a little rough around the edges.

    Let us know if you encounter any issues and we will get to them as quickly as we can.

    Basic login should be up for those that have created a password.

    After we get bugfixes nailed down we will put more effort into making it a full site with forgot password and account creation.

    If you haven't received an email, but we have your email please put a request into support and we will get to it after we have addressed all bugs / issues.

    Thanks for your patience and support, this was a whirlwind day of coding, thanks MySpace!

    Only thing i am missing is my 64 speakers...any idea what you are going to do about world chat? If you make it a free chat will you convert our missing speakers back to GFP?

    WOW...WTG KANO...TYTYTYTY....The improvement over MS is unbelievable!

    I did notice that my battle detail page was incomplete or not allowing me to scroll all the way down. Iwas not able to view my weapons i was using in battle


    seems to be working fine now...TY

    Well this sucks!!! My Viking account is at level 80 and I was around level 2900 something AND my Pirate account started me from scratch at a level 1...WTF?????? My pirate was around the same level as my Viking...GRRRRRR!!! I knew this was too good to be true *sighs* Guess I'm done gaming :(

    This is my REAL account...the one that should have transfered! MY DIN ACCOUNT.jpg

    And THIS was my baby account that I had on a DIFFERENT MySpace account with a DIFFERENT email o_O This is the one that transferred!! FAIL! My baby account from my other MySpace account.jpg

    Ha well you are only supposed to have ONE account per person on any platform send the info into support and Maybe they will delete the ALT account and give you your main account.

    What I don't get ids I used the email for my big accounts...AND when I got notification is showed my MySpace ID correctly. My baby account was a totally different ID# and email address and I had no pirate app on that account. HOW did it transfer an account that I never submitted???????

    Everything set up correctly in each email I got. I never intended to transfer the other account....Hell I hadn't even been in that account in days...again...different email...different ID# so I have no clue how this could even happen. I would send something to support but my MySpace account is no more. They told me as soon as I did the email/password thing it all transferred....but AGAIN...I never submitted the other account's info o_O

    yes, absolutely!

    Great change. I'm so happy to be liberated from that annoying myspace-stuff! I wish it could stay like this forever.

    We will aim to get a "forgot" password system set-up today, after we release that if you are still having issues emailing in your email / account info will help us manually correct it.

    You likely had the same email linked to each account as we didn't force unique email checks when adding them through MySpace. But when you went to link your email it likely overwrote user id.

    If you send in the "emails" and user ids to http://support.kanoapps.com we will be able to work it out for you.

    This addition will be a little farther out in the future, we will be putting more resources onto Kano Play to make it a fully functional site and having a Kano Play profile with a user avatar is something that we want to add.

    Reach out to everyone you can to try to get them into Kano Play, if they have linked an email account with their myspace account at some point, that will be the easiest to verify.

    But for those that didn't we will be working out ways to verify but will be a little more tedious.

    Get your Syndicate members to write in all details to http://support.kanoapps.com that they have associated with their account:

    email
    MySpace user id
    Game Player Name
    Player Stats, Recent Purchases (something that only the player using the account would know)

    Thank you! I sent in a detailed ticket with screen shots...ID#'s... character names and email. I sure hope they can fix it *sighs* I'm going into withdraws ...lol

    For those of us that are already up n running on kanoplay....is it now ok to tell MS to shove it up their arse and delete our accounts?
