Cannot send out gifts on FB VC, I asked around and is not just me, can someone take a look into this. Thanx
Any error message or anything? I just sent a gift on FB VC and the recipient got the gift immediately.
I just tried and when I clicked send after receiving, I got nothing telling me anything about whether it went thru or not. FB PC and someone just told me also the same thing.
Hmm something is not right here, I see what is up. When a target (read: gift reciever) is specified there is no FB request showing. I'll see if this can be fixed before days end.
Does not apparently affect MySpace ( ... hmmm Just gifted there but can't gift in FB ((( ... 6 frowns and 100 gifts to fix )))
It seems this is affecting sending between some players and not others. I can consistently have it fail when trying to send Gifts or Boosts to one of my friends whereas I can consistently have it work properly with another. In short I am not sure what is going on here but we will continue to monitor the situation and look for a speedy solution. Could be on Facebook's end but I can't be sure of that yet.
Thanks for the info. I am leaning that way as well given how spotty this bug seems to be and the fact that we have made no changes in how gifts/boosts are sent. If so hopefully they get this fixed soon by FB!
i sent my FB gifts out about 8 hours ago (2pm central time) and didn't have any trouble at all. whatever happened may have happened after that. not sure if that helps, but .. there you go.
Yesterday I could send gifts in 'Adventure Help' when required & could send gifts in the normal 'receive & send' gifts section. It was specifically in the 'collect earnings' area I had a problem. I sent about 20 gifts then the last 6 would not send but just hung with nothing going on. I assumed it was just me for some reason so said nothing. Today I can send everywhere normally. Don't know if FB have fixed it. I only play VC and only on FB by the way.
Thanks for everyone's patiences and info on this! It looks like this was a bug on Facebook's end, and has been fixed. If anyone's still having issues, please let us know

I believe this was the bug on Facebook's end and from what I can tell this was affecting frictionless requests, ie: you have previously selected "Don't ask again before sending requests to XXXXX from this app." https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/165559736936501
i am having the same problem in Mob wars lcn on Facebook i can send gifts but when i try to send boosts i am unable to i can receive boosts but can not send them
@John Lyons The issue that this thread was based around was an issue on Facebook's end that has since been resolved. If you're having trouble with sending boosts, please send a message through Support with all the appropriate information and any screenshots you might have about the issue.
