Last week we announced that we would be removing Super Rewards as a payment provider from Myspace and Kanoplay. We ended up not removing it right away as there were players who expressed concerns that they wouldn't be able to make purchases without it, and we wanted to be able to address those concerns. Because of the overall dissatisfaction most players have expressed with Super Rewards, we will be removing it for most players as an payment option beginning tomorrow. That being said, if you are concerned that Super Rewards was the only method of payment that worked for you, please send a message through Support with the issues you're experiencing with our other options so we can look into it for you. If we can't help resolve your issue with our other options, we are able to enable Super Rewards for a limited number of players, which we can do if you message Support. Thanks again for all of the feedback in our original announcement thread, and for letting us know about Super Rewards' deficiencies originally.
they have both been gone for me for almost a year now, not the biggest deal in the world as i dont buy many fps but whenever i have wanted to i havent been able to...ive messaged kano support , trial pay, super rewards and they all blame the other so to me its a dead issue
As I mentioned above, if Super Rewards was the only option that worked for you, please send a message through Support and we can look into enabling it for you.
Again, it's important to remember that we removed Super Rewards because of player requests/complaints, not because we felt like inconveniencing the players who were happy with the service. Also, you do still have the option of using Super Rewards on Myspace, you simply need to contact Support to have it enabled.
I'm unable to purchase FP's and haven't been able to participate in the trial pay offers and you Kano have done NOTHING to resolve the issue... well, that isn't true- you threw around a few places to write emails to so they could also be ignored. Will those that have problems with Trial Pay get the same level of service going forward?
As has been stated in this thread, if Super Rewards was your only means of purchasing on MySpace please contact http://support.kanoapps.com/ and they will look to re-enable it for your account.
No, it is Trial Pay on FB that I have trouble with... this has been an ongoing issue with nothing being /getting done about it
Many complained about TRIALPAY'S ANTICS never seen 1 here on forum about SUPER REWARDS is the issue until now, even though may get support messages due to SUPER REWARDS, bet you received just as many for TRIALPAY.
