White outlined boxes

Every once in a while I'll be clicking around and a box with a white border will show up in the top left corner and then every click after that will add another box:

 

(EDIT - NM - I see it's Facebook from the ads on the side..)

Are you playing on Facebook or MySpace? It almost looks like an OS or browser issue..

 

Are you still having issues? This one should be fixed now.

 

I haven't seen this happen since your post so you must have fixed it right as I was posting.

 

I was getting them on Viking Clan last night

 

Let us know if you see this again on any of the games, this should now be fixed across all of them.

my friend plays on facebook and this happened again.

 

We've done some updates to hopefully fix this problem. So far it seems to be a problem with Firefox/Safari/Chrome on Facebook. If you continue to see this white box issue please post here.

Yeah it's still happening - Safari 4.0/Mac. It's annoying as hell

 

Problem has been found and a fix has been posted. Has to do with facebook outputting empty iframes on every request done, after a certain amount it eventually overflows onto the canvas game page as white boxes.

Eventually when facebook finalizes their new sdk we'll be moving to that which should hopefully provide a less buggy and more stable environment.
