[VC] Unexpected Down-time is over!

    After an excruciating day of outages caused by problems with Amazon Web Services, we're pleased to announce that the game is back up and running properly. We're going to continue to monitor closely, but looks like the majority of the issues have been resolved.
    Because the outage resulted in players being unable to finish their 3-day calendars on time, we've extended the deadline for finishing to 11:59pm tonight (PDT). We know this fix won't help everyone who was affected by the outage, but we hope that this extension will at least mitigate some of the inconvenience.
    We also apologize for the confusion earlier announcements may have caused, however we didn't anticipate the games being down for as long as they were. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding immensely, and we're glad to be able to announce that you can continue playing the game you all love.

    Yeah lotto is stuck and am unable to get the games on fb even with restarting browser clearing cache and switching browsers fb refuses to load the games.

    Fear not the lotto draw that should have taken place at Noon Pacific today will be run over the next few hours. You will not lose any potential payouts, just hold tight and check the lotto page soon and you should see your payout if you won.

    Thanx, SMACK I know this was no fault of KANO'S.. Take it easy on the dev's, they worked overtime to help resolve this issue, CHEERS SMACK

    A little help, please.

    I was never able to get back to a computer after the game was put back online. I had two boxes with an hour and forty-five minutes left for the three day calendar. Is there anything the devs can do?

    Not sure if everyone experiencing problems today, My side hitting bosses show's in battle already on your own boss as well World Boss... Others have come to me as well same problem, had 1 gift I tried to send as well page wouldn't load to close it out as well.. Was stuck ty for book marks LOL.. This is FB VC

    Today is the 24th ... is possible that Kano will bring back the October Calendar so that I and others may finish it?!!!

    I sent a note to support also, but I doubt it will be addressed until the 25th passes.

    If I have missed an official announcement regarding the fate of the October Calendar, I apologize for posting this here.

    spooktober is over...october is still there if ya aint finished it.

    As we can see from both screenshots calendar is still there.

    If it's really not there for you,very strange.

    You can see our official announcement about the outages here. There's a section that mentions the calendar: "For the Spooktober calendar, because of the downtime and community suggestions we increased the end time by an additional 12 hours. If you are experiencing any issues with this please write into support and we can look into your account."

    If you've emailed in to support about it, we appreciate your patience while we work through the backlog caused by the down-time.

    I was referring to the actual October Calendar, not the Spooktober one, but I've sent in a request to support, so I'll be patient.
