This thread should have been in support and not in general discussions so the developers can find it easier since its a missing feature of an aspect of the game. So i have moved it from general discussions to support for you. Thank you and i hope they can solve your guys issues for you.

 

The cash reward is based off 30 times your hourly income.

 

Rewards show the following
favor(godfather)points
a % of xp needed to level
a reward equal to a multipler of your income

So yes the cash is that multiplier of your income.
