the thing i noticed for all the battle arenas is if you have high health you will do fairly well even without playing which seems to me that your attack, def even stamina dont really mean a thing its all about being lucky with getting a kill or stealing someone else's hard work after they attacked someone so many times not that i'm complaining just an observation

 

7 in the top 20 never throw a punch in the battle arena that bullshit eric

It can also be a curse dude..as people with high health give you more health back if you get final kill...I had a good strategy and it worked well.

 

Well, overall I enjoyed this battle arena more so than the previous. My limited supply of Stamina was a hassle for me. I spent all of my stamina earlier this morning doing bosses.

I stand by the idea of implementing a separate Stamina pool for the arena. If the Arena itself is separate from the main game, then why should necessities from the main game be used up in the Arena?

The randomness of the Arena, and strategies, seem to be pointless if you can place in the Top 10 by doing nothing at all. Facebook leaderboard, #5 Ouch, 80 wins. #9 Alexssandro, 34 wins. Seriously? If this isn't fixed before the next Arena, then I will simply sign up and do nothing for the entire duration and see if I don't place higher than I did this time.

The health aspects of the Arena are wonderful. Very much improved over the last Arena. Defensive stance also works as it should now, though I would suggest lowering the amount of time in between uses of the Stance from an hour to maybe half an hour. Of course, I can't say that I found any use for Defensive Stance since whenever I had it enabled, no one attacked me at all.

Battle drops do seem to drop more often in the Arena. I wonder if it'd be possible to add different drops specifically restricted to the Arena. Unique drops. If not, no big deal.

Experience seemed better this time around as well. I know I gained a level or two. I didn't attack much really due to my lack of Stamina.

To finish up though, there's nothing really special about the Arena, nothing offered to me that gives me any incentive to waste through thousands of points of stamina to get random degrees of experience and battle drops. Like I've already said, if there's a separate Stamina pool, then perhaps players could play the game for sheer fun. As it is now, it's just a waste of stamina. Not that I personally care about wasting stamina as my 5K counter attacks will show you.

I loved both the arenas, this one even more cause i actually had the time to play longer than the first 2 hours haha. to everyone complaining about stamina, i dont see what the problem is. i saved up for it and had about 40 fps, my day 6 & 7 daily rewards and my stamina boost. after all was said and done i gained over 40 levels, finished 3rd and had more fps when i finished then when i started and played for 5 hours straight while attacking almost nonstop the entire time. i got a ton of battle drops to boot. i agree with everyone about the inactives placing and getting rewards for doing nothing or next to it. its called the battle arena, not the sit and collect for nothing arena. i dont see how this so-called "strategy" has made it through to the 2nd arena. it's cowardly and basically a smack in the face to EVERYONE from 1st place to the bottom of the list that fought and clicked literally THOUSANDS of times to EARN their placing.

 

there was only one problem i had, probably just a glitch in the matrix from clicking like a madman for a kill...i think it happened 3 or 4 times though, after delivering the death blow i did not recieve the kill reward. it said this person is no longer available for attack and where it shows you who killed them my name appeared yet no health boost.

 

Great post Demonik. I believe you had more attacks than I. WOW....40 levels and finishing with more than u had ............if that isnt incentive.... I dont know what is.

Im equally displeased that inactive players rank so high I would love to take em out earlier.....but it being an "active " competition, those that r "actively" competing gotta play smart and take out the potential threats first. That combined with the lack luster updating of the rival list poses problems.


Thats why thosose who r upset about showing up late and finding themselves dead find lil sympathy......its a game..........eirher your here to win or your not, anything else and your leaving it to chance.....whos to blame there?

That also happened to Polish. He and I were hitting the same target, with a significant kill reward (over 525m) and at the end it showed that he killed them and he did not get the kill reward. It was a big deal at the time. One that size could almost be a game changer to most people. I hope that gets fixed before the next arena.

All in all, this arena was considerably more active. The xp and rewards much better. Still, imo, the rewards really don't justify the use of all that stamina (and endless hours of clicking). If a certain someone who shall remain nameless in this paragraph, lol, would stop insisting I join, I wouldn't bother.

Kudos to you, Kano, you are on the right track however. I can see you are really thinking this through and doing your best to make it enjoyable for all. This kind of thing may not appeal to me, but it is obvious there are many others who like it.

 

I also gained around 30 levels..didn't make favour points tho..spend overall about 20 but thats not too bad as i only have little stamina..Definately worth it the battle drops alone and levels gained..But the in-actives must be sorted out they claimed the bonus for entering the arena and then practically did nothing.

But all in all highly enjoyed it..cant wait for the next one.

 

if players have an issue with non participants, in the arenas, getting rewarded for doing nothing, and some here have expressed it, asmost , I have a thread for a vote in ideas, my idea being they get nothing for doing nothing, so add your 2 cents to my idea

i picked up 4 kills during this battle arena but also had the problem a few players seem to of had. i did not get the kill reward for 1 of them (my 2nd kill of 170mil )

 

i think the minimum attacks for placing is a good idea . if you don't meet the attack limit you don't get ranked .

also , there is the rumor that people with multiple accounts are keeping their main accounts in defense and hitting themselves with their alts, killing themselves to give the kill reward to the main accounts . when the main accounts come out of defense mode they have massive health which no one can deplete . i hope kano is paying attention and will delete the cheats as they keep promising . i would think that it would be easier to catch the cheats in the arena . after all , a pattern must be starting to show even after just 2 arena battles .

So the main account gets the kill reward when another player dies attacking them?

Is it FB where the rumors are saying this? Ive played 3 of the games on MS and all the winners have looked pretty pro active as far as attacking and getting the corresponding kills...including myself.

If you know the names of the players doing this I urge u to write into support so Kano can investigate.

Now that Ive thought about it for a sec, someone would have to have a boat load of mid to higher level alt accounts to really make an impact in this fashion. There is only one player I know that has that many mid to high level accounts and he hasnt been successful in the arena at all to this point. With that said.... one alt would be to many.

I dont think Ive had anyone kill themselves on me in the arena, if someone had multiple players kill themselves on them I would think that would be fairly easy for Kano to see and suspicious would be putting it lightly
