How long is a lower level player accessible for attack and/or punching after they attack a higher lvl player? Some people have told me it is 24hrs or until you make the kill whichever is first. However others have said it doesn't matter if they are killed or not they can still be attacked for the whole 24hr period. Still others have said you are able to punch anyone at any time no matter what their level. It would be appreciated if someone in the know would set this all straight please.
you can punch all levels all the time, exept when they are dead. You can attack all lower levels from your rival list some hours, dont know if just 10 or 24, because my rival list is all days overloaded ^^. But you can only attack, when they are out of the hospital. On the normal fighting list you have an attack limit on lower levels, not sure, but I think it is 10 level below yours.
