The Problem of accidentally purchase some Item on Phone or computer !!

    Now is the second time I accidentally purchase a Item on my Phone !! I've a suggestion about the purchasing. Please insert a pop up message to confirm the purchase. :) that will be more safe to purchase any Item you would like too...

    yup .. I have already send it .... and get back my UN ..just now post a suggestion to fix this problem :)

    I purchased an item through the UN option in error last night. Again no pop up asking if I was sure.
    It's disgusting that we get a pop up's when it comes to free items yet items where KANO can make money have no pop up's!!
     
  6. We've asked for verification pop ups for quite some time when making purchases...alka, you hit the nail on the head...

    I've done this several times too! Fortunately they've always refunded my UN's when I've asked. Very easy mistake to make!
