had the same issue on google chrome a few days ago. i posted in the support section. http://forums.kanoapps.com/showthread.php?6909-Issue-with-google-chrome thats the thread. didnt do anything about it though and went away on its own. i guess its something about google chrome...
Have you tried using a different browser? If you have, and it is a consistent issue, please consider putting a ticket into support, they will be more than happy to look at this for you
