hitlist blocked

When I tried to fight someone on the hitlist it said I was blocked. And he was on the hit list for a long time. Why is this?

 

What level are you?

I think you have to be level 20 or something before you can do anything other then jobs.

Did you happen to notice that this is his first post on the forum?

Loads of people join the forum within a few days of starting a game. I'm pretty sure I was on the forum within a week of starting on FB.

Unfortunately a lot of new players who come onto the forum for help, run into someone who offers them nothing, instead of trying to help them get the info their looking for.
