Screen refresh isn't working between hits either, counters seem off...

No, it doesn't from what I can see.

Also on facebook, the version has lost the 20pt boss hit bar. If that helps. I can only choose 1 or 5 points to hit a boss. Ick.

No problem, sometimes Facebook pushes code that can temporarily cause some issues in the game like screen height. Let us know if it persists and we can see if there is anything we can do.
