some games just the item with the top stats are used while others are the top 10 items (or whatever) are used.
just in case, i've been upgrading about my 20 items (of each category), but i'm wondering.........

    should i bother?

  2. Yes, you should.

    Most definitely.

Assuming you intend to fully upgrade each item (to level 4) then that would give an overall increase of +9 to both attack and defence of said item.

    2+3+4=9 :)

In short, the overall strength of each item collected together under each of the categories (weapon/gear/vehicle), whether attacking or defending with the strongest possessed being used in each case; leads to that category being STRONGER or WEAKER than the opponent's.

I know this isn't the best example, was a long time ago and of course we were both on the way to level 4 with each and every item.

I beat him now, he doesn't stand much of a chance. Being unable to play and all :p lol

I struggle to find a pic to better explain my point, I wouldn't bother saving a screenshot of a green column against a level 1 item filled player.

FYI: These players with all level 1 items are most commonly rather easy straight kills.

I don't think I'm allowed to say why as that could/would/should spoil the game.

Brings me onto another point though:

    Personal strength > EVERYTHING.

Items should always be at their best, level 4 (for the +9 increase to strength), UN items are a nice touch but the foundation of a successful fighter/killer is 117% down to the personal strength that you put your skill points into.

However here may be an example of many UN items meeting many UN items, where the superior (more carefully selected) UN items but the bottom line is that personal strength is the most important.

Ok so looking back at that I realise that more UN items is obviously going to be better than less UN items, UN will always be more powerful than any boss drop...

    But most importantly!

Check out the green column on somebody that should be very strong!

Having many UN items is best for defensive builds, aiming to become UNtouchable. But it can also be rather useful for killing builds, these "green columns" can be rather lethal when combined with sufficient attack.

I think I know that this was a trap, a way to coax me into dumping some of my screenshots that I will get into trouble for.

The location gave it away, if I was wrong then what can I say...

At the end of the day, I no longer KEELJOO but rather I empty to reload my Zeus... Pull the trigger.. Squeeze my rubber duck 'n' BLAST EM AWAY!

EDIT: Request permission to say all that I know regarding fight or battle outcome?

I won't be here for much longer, allow me to share all that I have learned over the past year of favouring clicking over sleep and/or real life.

  3. On the other hand however...

When Zombie Apocalypse finally regenerates out of the hospital from his somewhat deadened state

I am able to show you that level 4 items of high quality

    can in fact

stand superior over even the greater defense

    of a defense build.

It may have only been a work in progress

Halted only a portion through it's progression

    but

hwip SHLAPP wit my Driving Gloves

and the former main was done.

FYI: UN Gear with exceptionally high attack is better than sliced bread.
    >better than sliced bread.
    >better than [INSERT SUCCESSFUL OBJECT/EVENT HERE]

People were thinking along the right lines buying many of the recent obnoxiously powerful UN items, just a shame they had to myseriously disappear.

Kano made a bad move creating items with such power, anyone with multiple brain cells could see that any more than one of these items would be a sure-fire winner.

On zombie slayer, like an 80% of a fight's result is determined by attack/defense, the other 20% being determined by boosts, equipment and all that stuff. So yes, you definitely have to bother if you want to be a fighter.
