Any Blacksmith Recipes above the Aurora Spear are still unknown. I'm currently trying the Autumn's Hammer Recipe and will doodle around with the Aurora Knight once I reach the Level. I guess it involves at least Warrior drop or a blacksmith Warrior and the other recipe for Level 2900, the Crystal Saber.
most those in the 3k+ range either haven't been doing much recipe attempts, or haven't been sharing their findings.
i'd guess that autumn's hammer would require Valkyrie Bladestaff, which would really blow, seeing as how the bladestaff itself requires such strong items and isn't that much stronger. myself, my stats would actually go down if i crafted one.
