Stamina and Energy Achievements

The energy refill is 10,000 not 1,000.

 

Taken directly from the Help file:-

Each time you level up you will receive bonus stamina up to a maximum of 1000 or your character's max whichever is less.

Each time you level up you will receive bonus energy up to a maximum of 10000 or your character's max whichever is less.

Nice. I may have to start putting more points in Stamina and Energy to see. I stopped at 500/1000
