Is there a point to smithing? The 4 equips i have are better than anything ive seen there so far. Im level 1298 and each of my items has at least one stat over 70

 

There is. The Ivory Elf shows up in my attack list. The Battle Elf and Trickster Faerie do not.
I am level 1381. There are also several examples in Pirate Clan.

 

i assume those are god items(and kano shield possibly)

no item will get stronger than god items spare for another god item.

those blacksmith ones though are used in battles and will carry advantage if opponent doesnt have as much.

 

This is what i have now:
Beowulf's sword 82/65
Kano Shield 78/78
Santa's sword 81/73
Legendary berserker 73/62

 

god items.those are good for armed weapons.


but blacksmith items are both armable AND used in the battle detail under weapons.warriors.

unless you plan on getting a load of god items then blacksmith items are very valuable

 

Sorry, totally off topic, but his load out reminded me of it. Has anyone else noticed that there are in fact, 2 different Beowulf Swords? One is a god item, and one is available in the clan screen.

 

Do they have different attack/defense powers? I'll check.

Once the six new hidden recipes are solved, I'll update this with all the new blacksmith recipes and where to get the needed items. It will be a huge post though. This one I posted has 19 items. There were 24 more added for a new total of 43

 

But there's only six new Blacksmith Hidden Recipes, right? Those are the only ones that you need to post.
If the recipe is NOT hidden, then anyone at the sufficient level or above can see the ingredients. There is NO point in posting the ingredients used for recipes anyone can see.

so far still trying to figure out the skyshine blade , ive tried a few random combinations but i thinkj i might need sum advice from skyler on what might be used for the first two items and then ill try all the gifts with it

I haven't been doing much testing of any new Blacksmith recipes. Since I haven't seen ANY hints from KANO in VC or PC, I don't have much information to go on. Anyways, here's what the game tells us about the Skyshine Blade:
Location - Vanaheim
Unlocks At - Level 300
Attack 50 / Defense 50

Narrowing down that Level 300 item is the easiest part.
Vanaheim unlocks at Level 220 and Niflheim unlocks at Level 360. If you look at the adventures (there are 7 of them), you see that they appear to unlock every 20 levels.

1. Jormungandr - opens with Vanaheim at level 220
2. (no drop) - level 240
   • This opens the Vanaheim Challenge. At level 240, we know it won't be a Challenge drop.
3. Njord Hook - level 260
   • This is used in another recipe. Thus far, we've seen that ingredients aren't duplicated (except for gifts) in any recipe.
4. Njord Ship - level 280
5. Battle Etin - level 300
   • dingdingding!!! We have a winner!
6. Hugin and Munin - level 320
7. Skidbladnir - level 340
8. Niflheim opens - level 360

The Battle Etin has Attack 21 / Defense 24. That's not even half of the Skyshine Blade's power. But the level matches up...
We know recipes use at least 2 items. It's a fair guess that a gift is used.
I HIGHLY doubt that the gift is Freyja's Tears or Poison Arrows. The Arrows are consumed in two different recipes and the Tears are consumed in another with a fourth recipe not consuming them.
