We just released a change that makes use of a new channel on MySpace to send gifts called Game Requests which show up with invites and friend requests. This should hopefully make sending gifts a lot smoother as users will be able to send to multiple friends in one pop-up. Give it a try and send out some gifts, this is now implemented on all games.
