I've notices a couple of times now when i have done an outbreak and have received assistance, I haven't received the extra XP it's saying it did. The first couple of times I didn't know the exact amount of xp i had before I did the outbreak, but I just leveled and i know i had 240 / 42663 xp and got 328 xp for doing the outbreak, and then got another 123 xp from the top Squad bonus, yet when i looked at how much xp i had, it said 568 / 42663, but i should have 691 / 42663.
The Reward you received for doing the outbreak is already combined with any Top Squad Bonus you earned, so the values are accurate. Based on the info you provided you got 205XP from doing the outbreak (Morgestraich, Basel perhaps?) and the Top Squad Bonus awarded you an additional 123XP for a grand total of 328XP. I suppose this could be communicated better but I assure you that you are not missing out on any XP, Cash or Kills from these bonuses.

Not a problem. Any time... I happen to also be on the forums It's just a label and I should probably change it. Functionally, it's likely just a permissions thing on the forums.
