Well the new payout system that has been implemented in guild quests is a big mess once again ,we have guild members that have met the requirements to win favor points from the medium and hard quests (min requirement is 2%) but did not receive any, does each individual member have to submit trouble tickets to get it sorted out ?

  2. I agree, the new payout sucks, you work really hard on the quests and get a +500 energy boost, coin boost and some inventory items, on the hard quests, no favor points at all, it's ridiculous, what's the point in doing quests now?

@Richard B Michaels and @RosietheSassyWarrior I would suggest that the affected members write support so we can look into this.

However, if there are some details that you can PM me right now I will get some Devs to look into this to rule out there being an issue with the payout system.

    Update
The payout system is working properly however we have identified an issue with how the % completion is shown in the view you see when you view your Guild's quests. The % shown here is being rounded which is likely a source of confusion (ie: 1.75% contribution being rounded to 2%). We are just about to release a fix for this that will show the contribution % with more accuracy to I believe 2 decimal places.

Anyone affected would be sitting in the 1.50% to 1.99% contribution range for a Medium or Hard quest. If this is you or one of your Guild members, please write into support and we will get these accounts awarded. And FYI for the next event, you can expect the 2% minimum to be done away with.

Ouch this isn't good at all Smack a lot are going to lose interest real quick as now you will get quests hogs trying to complete the quests by themselves to get the better rewards and yes we know its the guilds to take care of their own etc but thats whats going to happen mark my words

    I appreciate the feedback Richard.

The driving force behind making this change was feedback from players who were unhappy that for example they were putting in more effort/actions than a fellow Guild member yet were receiving less FP. Because the previous system would pay out from a random selection of FP rewards this was entirely possible.

So to reward those that put in the most effort we tied the FP payout to the contribution %. More effort = more FP.

This is a very recent change so we will be monitoring feedback and adjusting accordingly, hence the removal of the min 2% for next event.

The main thing I saw with this change was time zones and some guild members didn't even have a chance to get 2% before a quest was finished. Although it's nice to have more contribution sometimes, I think it's best if the guilds take that upon themselves and sort it out with their members. TY for removing the 2% for next round and hopefully forever. :)

  12. I'm definitely happy that the 2% contribution will be gone for next round but it still doesn't solve the issue of everyone in the guild being able to contribute to the each quest available, yes, time zones and work schedules etc. play a big role in why some aren't able to participate in a specific quest because it's done by the time they're able to make it into the game to play but maybe set goals for each member to reach in that quest and then once everyone has done that, then it get's opened up for those who can contribute more to complete the quest, especially for the medium and hard quests because those are the one's that yield the favor points.

If done within guild and not by KANO yes, lets say get medium quest of 60 challenges or 5k adventures taken, those are PIA to finish and limits set would frankly suck. As for 15k battles it's easily done with regular fighting and 2 members doing 5k each and poof it's done. Which again sux with schedules if don't communicate with guild and say "slow down" well that was with the 2% so won't have that problem again.
If people are slacking in guilds, I still think it should be handled inside of guild, without KANO stepping in making up ways to alter participation.

Why not take current code made, change rewards from 2% in code to 0%=lowest payout, then if X% payout higher ~5/10/20% higher payout tiers? If that makes sense and use existing coding made and just add to it? Then no random payouts. Rewarded from helping out beyond full guild of 4% help each.

Good Job Kano for fking up the Quest so I will no longer be playing Guild Quest an probably the others now too since you did all the changes an only thing I got for this quest was only 14 fps an that is really a rip off consider that I did alot of work as well, so I see what you are doing an that is only giving the favor points too the players who spend money in your game just to beat all those challenges in the quest good job you sorry losers..so now you can go F yourself for all I care...I'm Done

I hope that you guys will understand that it is not all about the money it is about having fun in a game earning great rewards but I doubt you will ever do it that way since all you care about is only the money an yourself an not your Loyal Actual Customers Good Job (shakes head in shame on Kano)

I don't know about others but as always, I put a huge amount of effort into completing the quests and the FP rewards I got were great compared to what I've gotten in the past. I think the FP rewards should be based on % of help put into completing them. It was never fair that people who put a tiny amount of effort into completing them received FP's due to the huge efforts done by other guild members. I rarely spend $$ in this game and I did use FP's that I accumulated to buy refills, etc. so we could finish quests faster. I'm glad the 2% will be eliminated but I strongly feel it's up to guilds to decide if they want to have "rules" as to how much help each person should put into quests, based on their life schedules and/or time zones. Kano should NOT put limits on how much help individuals can do for each quest. People never had a problem getting great FP rewards because their guild members did most of the work. If people want better rewards, they need to put more effort into completing the quests.

The quest rewards still dont match the effort expended. Since I'm not going to increase my skill point allocation to energy just to satisfy one of the quests, the quest rewards will remain inadequate for me.
Wont stop doing the quests as helping my guild, armada or syndicate more important than favor points
