Heals have not changed, there is now up to 100 stam attacks on raids. At first i thought the same thing until i saw 100 stam being used instead of 20. its a nice change, having a slider on heals would be nice, but the slider would only make sense if there was overflow health since its now more prominent of a need when you do a 100 stam hit and get a rng drop for 45k or so health. near all of it is wasted since you cant go past full health on a single action. 1 action overflow plus random drop not factoring in max health i think would solve this problem. stam per hit is a very nice implementation though, makes raiding worthwhile again.
