The winner needs to collect/validate their ticket before it shows up in the WINS column. Your image does expose some sort of scam though... Tickets are 2fps each and contribute to the jackpot, so the jackpot should always be an even number..... why is the jackpot at 67fps an odd number? Also the next draw is the deadline for this person to claim their prize, which they haven't done yet...will the 808 fps go back into the pot?
With the way things are these days I'd guess that kano keep it. It used to start at 150fp then go up 50fps until it was won/hit 1000fps. Now it starts at 50fps and goes up 1fps per ticket purchased.
