Trying to remove people from my group and it's not working. I've tried and it scrolls up. It doesn't do a thing. Can anyone assist with this?
@Luann Irwin are you referring to a Chat Group that you have created? And can you please describe more of what exactly is happening when it scrolls up? Final question, what OS and Browser are you running? Hopefully we can help solve this for you and anyone else experiencing this.
Off topic Smack, but can you make the members list clickable to take you to their game page? When looking at members of the group for owner/officers that is.
Hmm that will present some challenges as clicking the name brings up Admin options but we might be able to add in a link to Profile. I will bring it up with the team.
Same here i had to delete the group because of one person, did try everything, block/remove/remove/block nothing worked person keept comming back to post spam and other peoples raids, sad thing actually spending time to get it running and people was nice in there, untill this thing came in then it was over, fix it Kano
If this occurs again, before you delete the Chat Group, can you please contact support and provide them with the following information. This goes for anyone that might be having an issue banning players. The name of your chat group your own user_id the user_id of the player you have unsuccessfully blocked That will be a great help in identifying any potential issues. Cheers
Oh this is LCN thought was PC i posted to, but might work out for PC as well with the procedure for the issue, i thank you for the answer
