[VC] send gift freeze

cannot send anything without game freezing - have to come out of the game and come back in

 

this is happening in Pirate also

 

Been happing for 2 days

 

Yes if you do the accept all and send back to all, it works but individual it won't work, on FB, I also notice I cannot add people to the group in the WC group tab, wondering if they are connected to whatever FB did and I tried on kano play also.

 

Are they working on it i wonder

 

This is an issue with the Facebook platform. They are aware and have assigned this bug to their engineering team.

Until this get fixed you can cancel the FB Dialog so that your game doesn't freeze up

 

ok i was about report it but im glad there working on it its been down since lastnite

Smack said it is a FB issue, so we have to wait for FB to fix it, in the meantime use the kano play site or "accept all "and "send all "also works.

Yes we are all aware of it, and what we can and cannot do, but it is not something Kano can control at this time, it is a FB issue, according to Kano. If you use the Kanoplay site you can send individual gifts.

 

havent played the game in 3 days so annoying facebook are slow lol

Click "X or cancel" when sending individual gifts on pop-up instead of send= won't freeze

 

FB is reporting this issue as being fixed. I just tested it myself and it is now working for me
