Lounge/Tavern Chat Sunset Announcement

Furthermore to think that players will suddenly reform is absurd there game will continue maybe mispelling a few words or making suggestive yet incomplete sentences!!truth is now there is no tadpole pond the newbies are straight in the fryer and eaten by the sharks!!!we have all seen it happen with lvl300 entering lounge now it will be with lvl 1 players who have no time or money vested and they will simply delete game and find another!!!kano is essentially destroying there future income and this is the begining of the end!!!and knowing that...long time players will cease to spend further destroying kano income!!!real smart kano!!!to save a dollar you lost a fortune

 

Congrats Kano! You have found yet another way to make me spend less time on your games!! Here is a thought, why don't you leave the Tavern open and those that don't like it can use the 'opt out' feature that is there for just that reason? And if you want to cut down on the complaints to support then ban those that try to use the reports as a game weapon.. I'm sure that action would dwindle in a hurry.

 

Uhm they increased limit to 400 tokens instead of 300, which is well over 12 hrs to accumulate 400, if use them before logging out.

Hahaha, for reals though if this is going to happen, could we get a function that lets you search for groups? atm it displays groups with the highest amount of users first.

 

There is a new group (Under Groups) that is replacing the Lounge in Zombie player if you need an invite lmk

 

I forgot to say that we have been using the server 2 WC on MW to help the newbies with their on going questions/advice. There are a few of us that have been doing this. We started doing this as we remember how it was when we were newbies. I had to muddle through and make mistakes, a lot quit in the first month then. Now I've noticed not as many players are quitting in that first month as before and I feel that is down to the hands-on help they receive. So atm all is quiet and nice in as we call it the tiddler pool, well soon that pool will be full of the people that aren't invited into any of the new lounge/tavern groups. Have you even considered that Kano? Where are all the nasties going to end up? The newbies on WC have just started to talk to each other there as you can see if you look there now. Just something important I think you might have overlooked. I'm already seeing groups set up that are excluding those nasties.

 

ugh to be honest between fucking with the bounty hunting and now this i am seriously debating staying playing. tavern is half of what keeps this game interesting without it not sure i want to keep playing.

So accusing of cheating, out of game personal stuff(which does this entail exactly?) is basically only differences?

Just wanna say this GOOD JOB PUB for ruining the Lounge now it would be nice if Kano could just ban you all from any chat as well! we dont need your kind here! cause you ruin it for the innocent players who does nothing wrong in Lounge nor gets brutal an toxic like you guys do! it is a Pitty that kano allows you to do what you want but now you are causing players to stop playing the game cause of your actions! Figure I get this off my chest! since this is mostly a feedback thread but that was my feedback.

 

Kano, you should have seen this coming over a year ago. There was a player thinking she was it, telling everyone to send it tickets repeatedly for what she called alts or just some that some up to her. Now, basically because of her, you are shutting down the Lounge. You should of dealt with her right off the bat instead of collecting her money or for whatever reason you chose to look the other way. She has already commented on how she got the Lounge to shut down. Y'all pissed her off by banning her. Seems she always gets her way. So, because of your neglect, we all have to pay, That's not right. You should of banned players that were starting all this crap way back then and none of this would be happening. Most know who I am talking about as well as you do. SO WHY PUNISH US ALL FOR YOUR MISTAKE ???. PS, World Chat WILL be next to close. If you couldn't deal with the Lounge, what makes you think you can deal with World Chat ?????????????

 

I've got to say this wasn't a wise choice Kano. Why exactly did Kano cater to the foul mouthed trash that really did cause this on S1 - ohhhhh wait, visa brigade that's right.. Screw the nonpaying players as what we say doesn't amount to a hill of beans. Y'all knew this would happen, you saw the toxic environment unfolding, you were inundated with tickets from long time loyal players regarding the matter and what happened? That was virtually swept under the carpet. I lay blame on lounge closing on not just the toxic people but Kano for not doing a better job of banning many of the troublemakers.
I know there was talk of y'all putting long time players in as chat mods - guess that went out the window too?
Pretty sure y'all won't change mind on lounge, but for our sakes you could at least fix the group chats to allow us to add other owners to the groups and a way to search for a group. Since y'all didn't want the hassle of policing an open chat we are quite capable of doing so ourselves given the proper tools. Smh shame on you Kano, is this the beginning of the end for the game???

 

DONT waste your breath kano does not listen, they fix things that are not broken, and only do what is best for there bottom dollar, facts. its been happening since the start, i imagine blitz will be gone soon as well. if tickets are taking up so much of your time, then dont let tickets be submitted for those areas. maybe stop accepting tickets from people that submit 20 a day.

 

Well with all of this feedback what are you gonna do Kano/Developers?? Cause you are playing with Fire either way you look at it an it is firing right back in your face either way! cause ya wont win an you know! cause you are gonna lose alot of players who play an pay for your nonsense of choices you have made?

 

They are closing it in 4 games on 4 platforms, and to say it is because of all players who spend it ridiculous , but I do hope the post above this one is not the real cause of it from one game, on one platform, as for long time players who have spent money , we are being punished too like bad little children and as far as people who pay to play this game, those who don't need to understand without those that do there would be no game at all.

I'm just gonna say it: this is an unnecessary move, petty, and just plain bullshit.

 

There is NOTHING beneficial in the closing of Tavern except to placate those butt hurt little snowflakes who clearly have limited reading comprehension anyway, since they never could seem to realize that they could opt out of Tavern or just Mute a Viking who was offending their delicate little sensibilities.
Punish ALL to punish the few? Not a smart move.
