Is anyone having problems with their raid boss? I opened one but it's one from almost a year ago. I've sent two tickets to Kano and haven't heard a thing.
Tickets are responded to within 48 business hours, but Support is very good at getting back to people so they will respond before too long. I'll pass this along to our developers as well.
