The link for the free raid key is not working for me on facebook/ server 1, I keep clicking on it and it's bringing me to the raid page in game but not supplying me with the key. Has anyone else had this problem? The link for server 2 worked just fine, not sure what the problem is with server 1. Thanks, it just seems to be me that i'ts not working for, I'll have to open a ticket with support. I got the link from my email for the start of the raid from the kano newsletter.
support may not get to you till Monday and it may be too late then, the link Jades posted worked for me also
Hi all, If you're having trouble with the Raid Key, please send in a ticket ASAP. I'll dig around and see if there's anything rumbling on our end. we corrected an issue with the current PC Raid just now - https://forums.kanoapps.com/threads/holiday-raid-walkthrough-2018.36176/#post-192868 (I realize this is a VC thread, but sometimes the same key/raid bugs will occur on different games) Sean should be able to respond to any weekend requests, we want to make sure raid issues are taken care of ASAP.
