I've spent the better part of the last 4 days rebuilding my spreadsheet Property Calculator. I am still working on a series of additional calculators that will be included in this, but for now, I thought I'd release this as it is now and an updated version with the 4th sheet included. I will also make the extra calculators a stand-alone spreadsheet for those that have already filled out the early release spreadsheet. The attached .zip file contains a small readme and 2 spreadsheets - one in .xls for Excel 97/2000/XP and one in .ods for Apache Open Office (my fave and what it was written in). If you require a different format, let me know.
Minor update: there were a few places I hadn't formatted the cells properly, this is just addressing that...
