it would really depend on what you want from the account, I like a balanced build, myself, some like lopsided builds, go for the energy achievement, all areas are important, and getting hired mobbies and your real mob is important, before you start spending FP's on other things,
Yup I got my energy and stamina up nicely, always had decent attack and good defense, but was lacking, it actually saves me money having those two high now
