[VC] HELP!! Lost my Level 6153 account!!!

    I used my regular bookmark to sign on to my account (THOR LORD OF ASGARD / Leader of the [THOR] MJOLNIR GUILD) and IT'S TOTALLY GONE....
    It just gave me a new level 1 character... What happened???
    I've tried old passwords, new passwords, both servers....It wants me to create a new account??
    I've been a daily player for years...
    Please let me know how I can get it back.... Thanks!

    It wasn't a good one.... I didn't like the feeling of not being in control of my account. Spent that time wondering what the h*ll was wrong with my computer....LOL Hope you had a better time...
