[LCN] Can't play from Kanoplay

I see many friends that can't log on Kanoplay (server_1) with FB access. We / they tried almost everything we can imagine but this's happening on different browsers, computers, connections etc. It seems that it's already logged somewhere and it won't accept a new log in. Any suggestion / workaround etc. Some of them also contacted the kano support but with no success. So I'm looking for some very well experienced player who knows how to solve it ... if possibile, of course. Thank you sooo much
