Unable to sign up for guild wars with my team..which i have been with for several months

I am unable to sign up for Guild wars in Vikings..because it says "not registered"when i hit sign up now?it says i am already signed up with a previous guild?? I have been with FND GW for a lot of wars..why am i getting this message?and how can i rectify it so i can do the guild wars with my own team?

Jades already covered it, you will need to submit a Support ticket if you have not already. Sounds like there might be some things we need to untangle with your account.

 

tried using my Kano Login to submit a ticket..wont recognise my password (the one i used to be able to log in to this forum lol)

 

The login credentials for the support site are not the same as this forum. You will have to sign up.
