[LCN] Lag is making raids nearly impossible

What is going on with LCN. It takes 4 clicks on a button to make it register as a click?

 

The logs for the servers aren't displaying anything abnormal, but I'll get our network team to look at it.

Yes, I was asked yesterday if I was on some kind of tranquilizers when a guy was healing for me, since I attacked so slooooooow. And I tried through both firefox and chrome, restarting browsers, emptying cache and so forth.

 

Its still a bit laggy -

There is a big lag happening right now. Everyone in Kong chat is talking about it so it isnt isolated.

 

cant do anything much now.. been my whole morning in Finland like this...

 

Its worse than before - trying to heal I get another mobster is attcking - and there isnt ? Keeps refreshing - Freezing - its broken again

This is beyond insanity! I have never perished a raid and I had a health warning this morning. It seriously sucks balls. People are highly upset and walking away from the game because of this. The lag has been going on since before raids started. I might actually clean my house again this morning and that is not how I spend my mornings.

its well broken both server 1 and 2 and KONG - Like you I might have to go clean something

 

Yep...there is a LAG! I can't do jobs, fight or send gifts without a huge lag between clicks. I am afraid to do the raid I am in because I can't heal it. So I am waiting on the raid. I would not want it to perish because of this. A long time player perished one of the raids I was in yesterday because of this.

 

I just tried doing my dailies and could not do squat the lag is so bad! fix this crap already!

I understand lots of people on line playing on all servers I also realize support has been working on the lag.
But it's been a week an the lag has gotten worse you go bring up a boss hit the boss go to click again tellsl you another player hitting Boss . Or you try to help in raid an the lag is so bad some raids went down we know you guys work hard to keep game running but as you can see all of us are asking for help Please an Thank You

Go to your game "news" there is a major problem not just involving servers. Mitch posted that the game may actually be down for some. I know the "lag" has been evident on my game for 48 hours.

well im still seein some lag going on an i was also having DNS error pop up a few minutes ago on server 2 but that is working fine now only the reload page is still going on again..

 

I tried to do a raid last night and was unable to because of the latency... I even had issues loading LCN on fb... If your server is crashing than I'm assuming that there are too many bots or exploits causing this to happen... It can't handle the traffic. This will make Kano vunerable to be hacked and that would not be good. I really hope that you can find a fix for this issue fast. It will also cause people to lose points in syndicate wars as they will not be able to attack a target when the freezing is happening This is a ss of last night when I tried to refresh because it was impoossible to do a raid without the fear of killing the team... Even the world bosses, it would freeze or I kept getting the message that the boss was being attacked by another mobster...

 

It also affects all of us in play whether fighting, HL, bounty collecting or otherwise. I noticed issues about 72 hours ago, and it may be due to the higher player platform that was to be expected (KANO SAID) when our old game Mafia War closed down months ago.

People are multiple hitting health refills due to the lag; you have no clue if and when you are refilled or not so it can throw you off in regular fight and attack which is what I came here for (fight game). As for other issues the system is open to these issues, and has been clearly. It is up to each of us if odd activity occurs to file a ticket and hope they respond in proper manner.

TOS regulations cannot be indiscriminately sanctioned for one and not for all. KANO might do well with all the added player platform and expansion issues to clear their own "player cache" for example in regards to non response multiple reports in WC, and what not and cleaning that massive dumpster of prejudicial opinion of "some and not all."

The lag is most likely caused by too much traffic on the server. My guess would be bots and exploits filling the server with requests causing the system to crash and leaves the company vulnerable to hackers. It causes a denial of service to occur which causes system vulnerabilities when it crashes. It causes a serious security breach for any business that needs to deal with it. I hope that Kano can fix this fast... it shows how extreme the negative effects of mass bot usage and exploits can be. They can not only damage the system but cause cyber issues for all users involved, if this is what the cause is... Some may not care about ToU but many of us still do care. There are rules for a reason...
