Justin, quick question? Do you even know what a server or database is? The lack of knowledge just from your statements say's you have no clue how things actually work. If so explain away...........
why do i gotta explain maybe if kano would do there damn job right maybe we wont be having none of these problems is all im saying..an i dont really give 2 craps about there business cause i know how must gaming companies are an the majority of gaming companies are scammers an not using the money the way it is suppose to be used to keep all servers up to date which clearly kano does not do like they are suppose to...no wonder why these games are going downhill they dont do chit on what we ask an having problems like this issue..im outta of here.. Edit: An it would be nice to see if the developer would come online in this forum so if wanna talk to them we should be allowed an to address them about the problems would be alot easier if the players can do that alot easier then having a Manager over a random Forum
update: i did another router reset plus my cache i clear im still having this issue with constant refresh so now i know an it is confirmed that it is offcially not on my end an i even contacted my provider an they told me it is probably the game app itself so i agree with them..so i think it is best if u look into this problem Soon....
havnt read all your posts but what ISP do you have? Only time i ever get the refresh is when i leave page inactive for a while then i go back to it. Also how old is your comp that could be the issue as well, after i upgraded mine about a year and a half ago alot of problems i thought were their end were actually on mine, and now all games not just browser have improved tremendously. There are several factors that could be causing the issues you are seeing, no need to jump to conclusion that its their fault without looking at all possible situations that could be causing your problem. Here are some tips that you can do to improve in game performance, use a more modern commuter somewhere, use a different ISP, clear your system and browser cashe, clean unnecessary files/general maintenance to improve overall system performance, a full(not quick) virus scan.
The Solution for all problems in a computer... Format c:\ All the lag problems instantly disappear as the computer data too .... Take it for the bright side .... The Refreshing problem is gone after that, because you are gonna be to occupied calling me all sort of names while you reinstall the software in your computer. Cheers
my computer is only 2 years old so its not that old at all an my computer is a High End Gaming Computer, which i keep everything up to date on what it requires for my gaming pc..but so far i havent had anymore problems right now at this time...cause i spent close to grand on this computer..cause i keep everything of mine up to date at all times..cause i remeber before when all of this was happening along time ago it was on there end i think it was 4 years ago..so that is why i was saying something in here...
There is some refreshing problems in the machines where i play (home and office ) in the day, And the problems are not im my side ..... Reason ? Maybe too many players for the servers ..... All i can do is wait... if the problem isn't solved and if the lag don't let me play.,.. The solution is simple ... Out of the game and search another game to play.
are you only seeing the problem on FB or is it on all platforms. For me the refresh problem only happens when i leave the game inactive for a extended period of time when on FB. The other 2 platforms doesnt matter how long i leave the game inactive for wont refresh, only get a couple second hang time then everything is back to normal. The refresh on FB im pretty sure has something to do with FB not kano's servers.
My own personal computer at home is quite good, although it is a few years old at this point. Last two weeks it had been crashing every executable I opened. After weeks of troubleshooting, I determined that the cause is a faulty stick of RAM. The point being even if you have a good PC, regular maintenance always helps.
when it was occuring it was happening on all of my game apps i play which are the Folowing: Pirate Clan, Viking Clan, Mob Wars, an Zombie Slayers an it was also occuring on server 2 as well when the problem was occuring on them all...cause i dont use multi browsers so i log out of one an go to the next..but as i stated im not having problems no more right now still..
It's interesting to me that when I had the latency issue, also using firefox, chrome, or IE, I switched to playing on kanoplay server 1 and it went away. Makes me wonder if its a Facebook interface but I have no idea. Just know I haven't had any issues since using kanoplay server 1. I haven't really switched back to FB so as far as I know, it might be resolved but ... I'm happy playing directly off of kanoplay.
